Mold Inspections
A visual inspection is completed to determine if an IH should be brought in to complete a comprehensive inspection. This inspection is completed by a third party and evaluates risk or exposure, physical hazards, and a recommended path of removal or remediation. A clearance test and letter are completed after the removal/remediation phase.
